This interior design project at The Serennia brings a new set of challenges to our designers and carpenters.
We only had 900sqft of interior space to work with and also a narrow walkway to deal with. On top of that, we had to fully utilize the space so we can create more storage spaces to cater to our client’s needs.
So our first plan was to tackle the tricky space wastage by the bay windows. We came up with a creative interior design proposal to convert the boring white cement block to a loft bed with storage underneath. The loft bed and every cabinet in recessed areas come with storage compartments. This brings practicality and at the same time contributing design elements to the whole space.
A good interior designer is also a practical interior designer!
